6 Hepburn Street, Ponsonby
- Central location means it will have good access to public transport. Walking distance to Ponsonby Road (a main street with shops).
- Close proximity to Western Park, large shared green area (which is important when dealing with high density as private green area will be limited).
- Can only exit onto Ponsonby Road (cannot enter from Ponsonby Road) which minimizes use as thoroughfare meaning less traffic.
- High density housing is already starting in the area, one example is directly opposite the site (5 Hepburn Street).
